Order Processing Time
Order processing time is 0 – 1 Business Day (Monday – Friday) from the date of the order. Our Store operates on Mon-Fri 5:00 PM (EST – Eastern Standard Time), except on national holidays, at which time the store will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Delivery time: 5 to 9 business days.
All our products are shipped from our international warehouses (Europe and Asia).
Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control, such as customs / postal delays or current-day supply chain issues. In any case, where we anticipate a delay or become aware of a delay, we will communicate to the best of our ability. And ensure the smoothest process possible.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
Lumma Hair is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please get in touch with the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
